Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, making sure to maintain contact with your skin all the way around (string/fabric and a ruler will work as well). When ordering your bracelet, select a size 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch larger than your original wrist measurement. 1/4 inch will give a more snug fit, while 1/2 inch will allow some movement.
